I like aspects of BlueSky but I don't get the incentive to bring your own hardware to it outside of running your own single-user PDS. >.O On Fedi the incentive is that you're building your own community, but what's the incentive with BlueSky? I'm worried it'll be doomed to stay largely centralized.
