It’s a very cool and lovely morning at 55F 13C in the woodlands of MO. We’re going to feel a 30 degree temperature hike by this afternoon 88F 31C.

Injured foot yoga/meditation. Meditation really helps quiet my mind & helps me find balance in my life.
