Around here, in the northwest and north of the peninsula because of the mountain ranges and being close to the sea, the climate tends to be cooler but it's also very humid with lots of rainstorms. In the rest of the peninsula it's overall warm because it's a large plateu but the climate becomes more hellish the more south and closer to the mediterranean you get. But in the interior it also gets very cold (by spanish standards, mind you) in winter while here it's chilly at best.

Btw, wouldn't it be cooler more around the north on the coast? I guess it would get too cold on winter, there might be a lto of tourists or the property cost would be very high so those are strong deterrents. Kinda cool you live in the black forest (or Dark Jungle as we say in spanish). I also wish i could go live innawoods or at least away from large gatherings of people
