As a writer, what do you get from social media?
For me social media is mainly about people watching. I do enjoy joining in prompt games like this one but outside of this I find it difficult to make what I'd call lasting connections. This has only been exacerbated by the great X exodus due to the fact I now have to interact across 3+ platforms to get a fraction of what I had back in the day.
