It could be this one species: "Leucocoprinus Birnbaumii" they don't appear to be bad for plants per se but will consume nutrients and compete with them. Remove them when young and stir the soil around the plant.
As with any mushroom the spores are complicated to control as commonly they come with the bark and are easily transported by the wind.
