Portland has more Ethiopian restaurants than any place I’ve been. My first experience with that cuisine was of course at Queen of Sheba in 1996. As a Midwest kid, was like nothing I’d ever had. We tried Lalibela yesterday. Also excellent. Anyone know how to make injera bread? Could live on that! #food #travel #portland
