Service was always friendly and great (compared to German grumpiness)
I always spent more time on clarifying payment than on the actual treatment
The pricing is completely absurd. Due to a personal fault in my youth, I am not part of the German public healthcare system. So pay everything myself here. The prices are laughable compares to the US. Just one example: For 4 weeks of Ozempic I paid 83€ (about 92 US$). In the U.S. it would be around 1.000 US$.
What really shocked me: people were really, really frightened to have health issues.
