I've found that relay.westernbtc.com is one that supports negentropy syncing that is good to add. Several people use nostr.wine however they don't yet support negentropy syncing; looking forward to more options. Running one on your own hardware is also another good option, Start9 and Umbrel may have some options for running a strfry relay via it, however I am less familiar with this area. I think relays will be developed a lot in the next year, along with simple hosting options for media and video streaming and etc.
