I just canceled my Atlantic subscription — which had been the last of the trad media subscriptions I had hanging on — but the cancel "survey" was nothing but canned responses allowed, no text box, except for this one opportunity to give ONE WORD that describes their tone. ONE WORD. Like they're assigning fucking homework.
So I gave them one.
(I don't think the media have any idea how bad they've fucked this up)
