Played a few missions of Syndicate today (have to play when someone mentions it) in between some VGA Mode Y wrangling. The game has a great, hidden QoL feature that I have never seen mentioned anywhere: game speed control.
Press F3 a few times to speed up the game, ideal when waiting for your target or when driving long distances.
Multiple F4 presses can slow the game down to a crawl which is a literal life saver in hectic battles.
It's like your very own shot of IPA drugs.
