In reviews or discussions of updated hardware or software used by professionals for their work (e.g. tech used by musicians/DJs/producers, cameras for pro photographers, programming tools) it is incredibly lovely when the following is said by the reviewer/user: "this thing was a bit annoying about the old version—it has been improved in a thoughtful, careful, sensible way and they didn't break anything".
If you work in tech, aspire to that—sharpen up people's tools without fucking their day up.
