If you still think that it is about Trump v Biden, you are simply wrong. It doesn't matter anymore. SCOTUS will destroy whatever is blocking the way to furthering the authoritarian system they have planned. It could have been stopped or at least delayed by adding more judges to SCOTUS, but that option wasn't even tried. So.
