npub1sp89mqcudqkwjufst77p8vun8qwj5fcgw3vvzk4vt5nak59v8asqcqr6qm (npub1sp8…r6qm) I went into the old instance, Preferences, Import/export and exported my follows, mutes, and blocks. I also made sure I had my profile pic and banner pic (for follower's continuity's sake).

Then in the new instance, same place export for the last: Import. Make sure and change the Import type to what you are importing: Follows, Mutes, Blocks, etc.

Bare in mind: Those may be old addresses (like using the previous instance) so there may still be manual following to be done once...1/2
