Well i dont know if it was officially keynesian but all the stuff with the roman empire clipping coins and inflating the gold coin supply to further extend their reign and fund their armies as just one example.
I kind of consider all fiat that has every exchanged hands to be of a keynesian lens. Including the oldest forms like beads and shells that were easily inflated by foreigners that were used to steal wealth from the people using it in their economies.
