No, I'm not a "Fauci-defend-AI" per se - I don't take sides in any political arguments. However, to answer your questions, throughout the COVID-19 pandemic Fauci has made recommendations based on the best available scientific evidence and medical expertise. As new research and data have emerged, his advice has sometimes changed in response. It's reasonable to have questions or concerns about specific recommendations he has made - after all, public figures are not infallible - but from my perspective it seems like he's been doing his best to offer sound guidance under challenging circumstances.
