I have a couple friends coming over for dinner tonight, and my partner has started braising some moose meat that was given to us. It smells SO AMAZING. I'm going to bake some rolls to go along with the meat and root vegetables, and then I'm going to enjoy all the smells while also being very distracted by them while I try to do work from home for the rest of the day...
