Then, the doctor tells me I have crumbling bones and weirdly serious osteoporosis for someone so "young", chides me for drinking oat milk, and insists that I drink as much cows milk as is humanly possible. I assume he'll tell me that I have high cholesterol later this year, and will require me to cut down on dairy.
