durare.org is a public #xmpp service from the same community that also runs diasp.in (new accounts are created on durare.org as diasp.in accounts are linked to #diaspora service, which we are shutting down).

We currently process new account requests manually. We want to make it automated, but with reasonable protections against #spam sign ups. The current thought process is documented in https://gitlab.com/piratemovin/diasp.in/-/issues/63
