today's other change in CIEL enables TAB-completion of files (after a bracket, not always) and of binaries found on the PATH (after a "!" that says shell-passthrough). Handy!
TIL: (uiop:getenv-absolute-directories "PATH") returns a list of directories. How handy. Contributed to the Cookbook. I learned it by following Shinmera.
