1. what would drive instagram and twt users to nostr? At the end of the day, everyone has to be part of this platform for it to be really called a "newer" and "better" social media.
As far as I have observed, something as simple as "secret key" and "public key" is Greek to non-tech population.
2. crypto-fiat easy conversion would be a welcome step (yes yes i understand bitcoin is the future etcetera) but content creation (YouTube and Instagram) works on the motivation that their creativity and content would be appreciated with fiat money.
3. Fighting government censorship. How would Nostr fare in the long run and escape government censorship?
