Yesterday at work involved a fair amount of troubleshooting problems that were definitely going to agitate people if they couldn't get resolved. One was that our state unemployment system apparently put some of our IP addresses on a denylist. Another was our printing system recognizing the total number of pages in a document but then silently falling to print after 5, even though it charged for the full amount.
I found solutions for both of these situations, but I went through my progressions.
