#SofaSunday has rolled around again. It's such a welcome day. There are no goals to achieve, just minor intentions. Self-care is always an undercurrent on Sundays. It's especially important this week and into the future as far as I can see.
Today I'll regroup for the week ahead. I hope everyone gets the chance to stop, take a breath, and find some moments of calm.
