I always scoffed at adults that said things like "life moves faster when you get old." And I even remember people telling me what I just said. But it's so friggin' true. Time absolutely feels like it moves faster but it's because you have so many more things to fill your time and occupy your mind as an adult that you just don't focus on the actual passage of time like you do when you're a kid. I just wish they had explained that part to me but I guess part of growing up us learning that truth.
