The quick, obvious answer: people take their bounty payments and escrow fees to the marketplace to actually buy real things.
Other, more imaginative integrations I leave up to the market. But off the top of the head... I dunno, maybe somene sets up a bounty for something along the lines of "goods importing" where they want someone to set up a local import/distribution center of Nostr marketplace items to sell at their local farmer's market. And they pay an experienced shipping and fulfillment person to build the initial setup. Or maybe there is some galaxy-brained arbitrage opportunity latent in the nostr marketplace that gets uncovered via the free market activities of Patrons and their Free Agents and this helps drive prices down in our lovely, deflationary Second Realm :)
