Double elections in Moldova. One for entering the European Union or not , the other for the government. For the government they will go for a second round. About the E.U Moldova will stay out of E.U (lucky them, i envy).
It seems that both sides bought votes though and accused each other for pro western and pro russian interference...
There are clues for both claims it seems...
