My elderly Sebright (she will be 14 next year sometime) was starting to look a bit under the weather,sleeping more and not eating so I brought her inside for a few days to supervise her and give her treats to get her back eating,during the 3 days and nights she was in my room I got not one single harvest mite bite,seriously considering giving a few bantams free run of my living room :) (Sebright recovered but shes slowing down ,the oldest age for a bantam chicken is 16 so shes done pretty well
