Hi yes we've been keeping a limited amount of funds available for withdrawals following a security incident so our liquidity may have run dry temporarily. We manually check and top up our hot wallets a few times a day but we don't have resources to monitor the server 24/7. We'll try to improve the error messages given to end users so it's more clear what's going on when these failures occur.
