In the absence of moths at the moment (poor weather), here's #food instead. Mothman made a vegetarian repast of Misir Wat (rich, intense, smoky, spicy Ethiopian lentil stew, laced with berbere spices & home-made niter kibbeh butter) + Fossiola (green beans & onions with my own makulaya alicha spice blend) and, of course, my homemade naan bread to mop up (I can't make injera!)
