Thanks for the detailed breakdown and for sharing your code. I believe you are referring to eventstore, not go-nostr. I’ll keep your insights in mind when working with the badger DB.
I'm working on the client side, so those issues may not affect me as much, and context cancel/timeout should be sufficient to handle them (I hope so).
