I would start with an English translation of the Greek Septuagint, all books including 'apocrypha', without use of the word 'jew'. Then move on to a translation of Greek New Testament, same quality.
If you cant find one that doesnt use neologisms like 'jew'...
1. Get an interlinear Greek Bible
2. Whenever it says 'jew'
3. Try to find the Greek word in the mirrored text
4. Get a Koine Greek dictionary and translate it yourself
Theres no handholding. I tried to get Kalo to translate one, but Koine Greek isnt perfect 1:1 with modern Greek.
Once all of this is done, read the Church Fathers and what they have to say about early 'jews'.
Once that is done, this is where things get complocated. DNA archeology, comparison of ancient manuscripts, measuring systems, visiting museums with pottery samples (or maybe online nowadays??)....
