Has been a long road with a couple of incredibly difficult clients.
The kind who demand absolute flexibility from everyone around them, yet throw a tantrum whenever the slightest inconvenience is asked of them.
Just realised what the magical ingredient is that really does my head in... I can't tell if they're ever happy with my work. They never ever let me know if I've done things right. I waste so much effort trying to second guess them, instead of just telling me.
