I don't actually know if you are a man or a woman. So it's hard to ask further questions to understand perhaps your understanding.
Some of what I personally read is that lack of polarity and personal development in the underdeveloped and unintegrated areas ends badly for relationships.
We are all perfect the way we are if we are to just feel into our birthright to be here and the very fact we've been born to be. That does not make two people perfect for each other. And no one doesn't need to change but it depends on also what they want, they might just consider growing and personally developing, healing and evolving.
