What was once intended to be a money without state is, by many, now argued to be a money for the state. No longer do we want to spread ourselves across the planet, so that no one can arrest our thoughts.
What we actually want, it seems, is to incorporate in Delaware, build mining facilities in rural Texas, and dream of making it big on the New York Stock Exchange — only to eventually end up in jail for compliance failures.
