I know there's a big contingent of folks that believe Quote Toots are the root of all evil, but they are absolutely the most lacking feature of Mastodon for me -- not being able to share a post and introduce it or comment on it at the same time just remains incredibly clunky. It's pretty much the only major feature I miss from other systems here.
