No. But that's still a possibility imo and personally I consider that more likely that extraterrestrial visitation. The main reason it's considered not to be a balloon is its speed and movement, which are difficult to track properly by pilots. They also when they got close it changes directions and swirled around and that to me sounds like what a balloon would do if affected by the jet
