I think a lot of our problem is much of us haven't learned what a healthy relationship is growing up 😏 meaning us latchkey kids from the 80s who's parents had a fashionable divorce and didn't really grow up with a patriarchy in the home. Lots of stepfathers were in the mix which usually causes resentment and conflict. So now much of us are carrying forth that same horrible cycle we learned from the hip and trendy boomers. Women don't quite know how to be a proper woman for a man and vice versa. It's more or less just maintaining tedious partnerships with no clearly defined roles just to maintain access to the others genitals and to cure loneliness
