I’m not posting this video so you can admire my legs. I’m posting it because this is the first time I’ve been able to make full revolutions on the bike at my physical therapy office! A huge milestone in my rehab. My physical therapist said that she can’t believe how well I am doing. My knee replacement was four weeks ago tomorrow and I feel so much better this time around.
