New cable works! I get my monitor’s full 3440x1440 resolution, a variable 48-60Hz refresh rate (not the full refresh rate, but I’ll take it), and HDR support.
Bummer is, my TB16 Thunderbolt 3 dock does not in any way like the new cable. That stumps me. But this dock is moody on a good day.
