Subvert is an odd choice of words. And the fact that you used the word "stakeholder" with a straight face makes me wonder if you might think about this in a different way. Personal gain is great, and any system of governance that prevents that is... problematic I'd say. Sometimes you have to do without personal gain because you don't want everyone else to hate your guts, and then take away your personal gains because you took more than your fair share. But if it's harming no one else, personal gain is... fine.
Perhaps consider a system that continues to function despite bad actors, leeches, saboteurs etc. The fact that no system, whether capitalism or feudalism, can function on a global scale indicates that a global scale might be the problem. Smaller, local communities can deal with people being assholes, because they can keep track of everyone. If those communities ("tribes" let's say) interacted with other communities more carefully, and as a group, then assholery couldn't cascade through all of society. Moneyed interests are powerless when you get what you need without money. Television celebrities are powerless to command all that wealth and attention if we just... shut off our TVs.
So that's what I'd suggest. Scale down, not up.
