if you're poor in a poor country, it's probably circumstantial, whereas if you're poor in a rich country, something's probably wrong with you.

i'm neurospicy (diagnosed) and i live in a rich country. while i've been able to make some money on writing software, i kept having motivational issues and burned myself out in the process.

unless it's some kind of architect role (highly unlikely given my situation) and other people work the floor, i'm never doing that again.
