UPDATE ON H4H LA:
No movement for a while and I am uncomfortable holding people’s money for them so I’ve made a $150 donation for the134,472 sats that were zapped to these posts.
… but I’m not going to stop prodding them until they at least are setup with a BTC address of some shape or form. The sats zapped to these posts will STILL go to that wallet, so I’m effectively adding $150 to the pot to relieve the background nagging stress of energetically holding other people’s money.
They’re still supposed to meet with Unchained / SM BTC office. I’m also seeing them all at an event on March 20th and will use this donation as a conversation starter / checkin in the meantime.
Trying to be careful not to become “that weird Nostr/Bitcoin guy” in their minds and maintain a positive relationship.

Call went great. Unchained are real professionals and amazing at explaining Bitcoin, the importance of self custody, etc. to beginners.
After introductions, I pretty much sat in the background and let them do their thing. Good news: looks like Habitat for Humanity LA are gonna go the Unchained route since Unchained OFFERED THEM A FREE PRO ACCOUNT 🤙🏼🔥.
How cool would it be for them to hold their own Bitcoin, stack a few, and build a “Casa Bitcoin” in Los Angeles? We could even put a blue roof on it folks. It would be a massive media event.
Didn’t feel appropriate to push Nostr during the call. Wasn’t relevant, and I didn’t want to be weird. First things first, get them on Bitcoin and not “crypto”. I’ll continue to push the purple pills when appropriate.
I did text my guy from Unchained after and basically said “great job thx, wen Unchained Nostr?”
