a designer is asked to simplify the experience of a very convoluted, very litigious company. I'm talking HR, (american) health care, insurance companies.
Design is not a seasoning, but they're well paid and the client wants to believe just seasoning on top can save a shit dish. So it's "done". And we end up with apologetic, baby-voice kafka mazes. "have a good day"
