I once went to a cigar bar in New Haven CT and the group I was with wanted to try this "Japanese 100 blend whiskey" or some shit, idk what it was other than expensive. Anyway, I had some and it was vile. Tasted like straight bile. I said that aloud and everyone gave me eyes like I was defective.

I don't mind whiskey with a cigar, but ever since then whenever I look at a glass of neat whiskey it gives me acid reflux. And I like whiskey, but I can't shake that memory.
