ElPistolero (npub1hr3…9ygp) here’s a friend that had an issue with his Q. He’s not the only one I’ve seen with it either. I know him and he kept it put away until he needed it and it wouldn’t work. I like and use ColdCard so I’m not trying to throw shade. But I wouldn’t wait until I needed it to use it. I’d periodically test to make sure it’s firing up. You can look back through his feed to see how it was handled by Coinkite as well. Wasn’t the best customer experience.

Cold card Q issues

Has anyone else had issues with their Q. Mine will fire up but after a few seconds goes to a blank screen. Tried several different power sources same result.
Was hoping for a workaround as coinkite still not responded to me. I did see a thread on redit that other people have the same issue
Have had an order in for another unit for three weeks that still hasn’t shipped as to have a backup for times like this. So currently I’m screwed, back to the laborious mk 4 😢
