Getting a weird issue with ASRock B760M Pro RS/D4 motherboards: blue screen with BCD error after every Windows install to a 1 TB Crucial P3 Plus NVMe SSD. Booting to UEFI reveals two Windows Boot Managers. Disabling the first gets the PC booting but can't figure out why this is happening and only with this specific board/SSD combo.
