I can't afford to move, either. This may be the year I give it all away and start somewhere else less out of control. I've wanted to do that before but have been talked out of it by relatives, one of whom moved out of state and the other for whom saw a decrease in her rent though I wonder now by how much. I don't want to hesitate too much and wind up losing everything. Sorry for the stress post. Sucks.
