So I skeptically paid it. I got my 2025 insurance card Sat with my old plan on it, not my new plan. Seemed weird. I emailed to ask if this was normal, meanwhile noticing their website said I wasn't covered at all. The rep emailed back, said things were fine, ignore the website.
I went to refill a prescription today and they said I was not covered. More phone calls. I was accused of "not paying my full bill" and I explained the process, sent receipts. Since this is an "access to care" issue...
