Hey my name is Tarik and i am a fitness and personal trainer based in Berlin.
I have been working in the fitness industry since 2014 and have been working in several gyms over the years (including University Gyms, a spa and fitness center in Malta and a high class gym in Dublin).
I did an apprenticeship as a sports and fitness administrator and since then i am also a certified nutrition and health coach as well as a personal trainer specializing on dumbbell and barbell training.
I have also done further education in functional training and fascial training.
