I've been with the same webhost for over 22 years now. (holy crap!). There is a cPanel interface, but I rarely use that. There is a backup tool in the cPanel, but since I'm over the # of files allowed. it refuses to even attempt back up unless I pay more for that service. I did that for a few years, but am now risking it by not having any backups- I've never once had to use any backups. Hoping I never will.
