And as of 3:15 am #today I’ve been awake for 26 hours, minus of course the 1.5 hours I spent under general anesthesia for my knee replacement. And I can’t sleep. Even my standby of listening to an audiobook with the volume barely audible failed me. This day isn’t shaping up to be worth a damn. But with a little luck in about 12 hours I’ll be home in my own bed and have the dogs to check on me every five minutes. Getting old with bad joints isn’t as much fun as you’d think, LOL. And hey, #tgif !!
